It is once again time for the "Holiday Tables" sponsored by the Beautification Committee of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. The "Holiday Tables" are the major fundraiser of this committee whose members are devoted to the beautification of Great Bend. They recently completed a two year project renovating the grounds of the Great Bend Library.A dozen beautifully adorned tables laden with unique decorations, heirloom dishes, and clever ideas will be featured at the Rosewood Gallery Showroom on Main Street. Loretta Miller of The Gallery is donating one of her traditional handcrafted Santas to be given away at the event. She will be in attendance and will be demonstrating how she carves her Santa faces during the event.The Holiday Tables will take place at Rosewood Gallery on Saturday Nov. 10th and Sunday Nov. 11th from 1-3 p.m. A donation will be taken at the door. Tickets for the Santa drawing can be obtained at the event or at The Gallery.
