Local singer/songwriter Alex Cartwright is on her way to the red carpet award ceremonies in Hollywood. To fund her travels to the west coast, the up-and-coming performer will put on a Warm-Up Concert on Friday, January 25th at 7 p.m. in the Crest Theatre, 1905 Lakin in Great Bend. Doors open at 6 p.m.Mark Bowling from Wichita will open for Alex Cartwright. Adults get in for $10 at the door. Kids 6-12 years of age get in for $5, and kids under 5 are free!
