About the facility…

The Great Bend Expo Complex is a massive facility owned by the City of Great Bend. On the grounds are a number of structures operated by other entities. The National Guard Armory, the S.R.C.A. Dragstrip, and the Expo I, II, and III buildings just to name a few. Two of the buildings are owned by the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development:

Expo I Building…

• 15,000 total square feet

• 14,400 square feet of clear span exhibit space

• Easy access with 2 garage doors (height 14’ x width 18’)

• Average ceiling height 14’

• Wi-Fi internet

• 2 phone lines

• Electricity available throughout facility, with drop-down outlets and wall outlets

• Air conditioned and heated office space

• Heat throughout building

• Concession stand with a 3-compartment sink and a refrigerator

• Wheelchair accessible restrooms

• Concrete floors

• Abundant vehicle parking

Expo II Building…

• 25,000 total square feet

• 18,750 square feet of clear span exhibit space

• Easy access with 4 garage doors (height 15’6” x width 20’)

• Average ceiling height 18’

• Wi-Fi internet

• Electricity available throughout facility, with drop-down outlets and wall outlets

• Concession stand with a double sink, refrigerator, and upright freezer

• Wheelchair accessible restrooms

• Concrete floors

• Abundant vehicle parking

Rental Information…

As a service to the residents and visitors of the Great Bend community, the Chamber offers its two Expo buildings for rent to private parties, businesses, civic clubs, or any other organization willing to comply with our terms and conditions.
